Last week Charlotte and I went with my friend Beth and her daughter Ellie to see the Lion King. This was her first movie theater experience since she was 9 months old when she would just kick it on our laps.
She LOVED it.
She did not love it when they held baby Simba up (you know the most famous part) because she thought they were hurting him.
She kept saying "oh the baby! the baby!" and had a look of grave concern on her face.
Other than that she was a fan.
The last 20 minutes the two little ladies were restless and walked up and down the aisle, peeking at the movie through the seats.

We bought The Lion King and watched with Amelia at home. She sat still for a full hour, which never happens. And it was so much fun, she kept pointing out all the different animals and doing the noises. Classic movie.
