He turned the big 2-9... only one more year left in our twenties...weird...
Anywho, we got to spend yesterday afternoon and all evening together. It was heaven. He's been working in the ICU this month and his hours suck. Last week I saw him a total of 4 hours.
We celebrated by leaving our wee one with friends and heading downtown for seafood and the new Batman movie. Good food and a pretty fantastic movie.
Today was his actual birthday and I made him a key lime pie from scratch that was pretty magnificent and we BBQ'd.
He has a pretty sweet Amazon wish list that I and some family ordered from - so I'd say his birthday was pretty sweet.
